The firm concentrates its practice in Wake and Durham Counties in the family law areas of child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, separation and property agreements, domestic violence, and adoption. For many years we have represented juveniles charged with criminal violations; parents of juvenile accused of abusing and/or neglecting their children; and juveniles who have committed violations of school policies which led to their suspensions. Currently, we are accepting appointments by the Wake and Durham County District Court Judges to serve as a Parent Coordinator in high conflict child custody cases.
